My son had his nursery photos today and it had been a sleep-deprived night looking after his baby brother who is teething. I remembered I needed to send him in looking reasonably smart in preparation for his pictures. My mother-in-law called me when she had collected him in the morning and was on the way to nursery to point out that he was wearing odd socks. I clearly wasn’t with it at all when I dressed him…..
